Return & Refund Policy

At Baaz Noir, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Final sale items (including limited drops or clearance items) cannot be returned.

To request a return, contact us at hypebeast871@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • If we determine the issue is our fault (wrong item, defect, etc.), we will issue a full refund and you may keep the item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.
